With over 24 years of experience and a proven track record of 1,554 successful transactions totaling over $859 million, Chuck is a highly accomplished real estate professional specializing in Eastern Shore properties. From inland homes to waterfront estates and commercial properties, Chuck serves Talbot, Queen Anne’s, Caroline, and Dorchester Counties with unmatched expertise and dedication.

Since joining Benson & Mangold in 2001, Chuck has leveraged his innovative digital campaigns, high-end photography, 3D virtual tours, and targeted print advertising to maximize exposure for every property. His vast network of agents and clients further ensures properties are prominently positioned in the market.

A Talbot County resident since childhood, Chuck's connection to the community runs deep. He attended Saints Peter & Paul schools, earned an associate degree from Chesapeake College, and attended Loyola College in Baltimore. His upbringing and local knowledge are invaluable assets to his clients.

Before his career in real estate, Chuck spent 13 years in the retail automobile industry, excelling as a salesman, finance manager, and in various management roles. This background honed his exceptional negotiation and customer service skills, which he now applies to real estate transactions.

Chuck is also a committed community leader, serving on the Board of Directors for organizations such as the Academy Art Museum. He has previously served on the boards of Habitat Choptank, The Country School, the Talbot County Chamber of Commerce, and The Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS®.
